EFT – Tapping

 

EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) is used to promote relaxation, relief and a sense of healing from the events, thoughts and negative feelings that hold us back.  It involves a client tapping gently on acupuncture points while being led through statements that bring thoughts and emotions into consciousness.
